I hope all of you are staying safe and healthy as we all do our
parts to stop the spread of coronavirus. I, like many other singers, have seen everything artistic and musical grind to a complete halt. The San Diego Children's Choir had to give the intermediate choir back to the Artistic Director due to financial concerns. All operas and concerts are cancelled until further notice. Broadway musicians and full-time opera singers are just trying to stay in shape vocally for when the world is able to reopen. The summer program I work for, International Lyric Academy, was cancelled this year as well. We postponed the 2020 season to 2021. If it wasn't for my teaching and live-streaming, I would be music-less. My whole studio has moved online, so please reach out if you need a voice or piano teacher!
